comfy bed fantastic shower poor service missing towel
My room had a very comfy bed. The shower was also fantastic, providing great water pressure.
Calls to reception were never answered on two separate occasions. I had to ask for a bin and an extra towel to be brought up to my room.

amazing central spot!

central location walkable area lovely view quality robe
the hotel is right in the middle of everything. i found it easy to walk to all the local spots. it's my second visit and the location is awesome! i saw big ben and the london eye right from my room. the hotel gave me high-quality robes and slippers.
The coffee and tea setup was pretty basic. We just had two tea bags.

The location was convenient. The staff kept my luggage safe (it was very helpful).
My room was quite disappointing. The furniture seemed dated. The curtains did not close properly. Street lights shone through the windows.
