My room had a very comfy bed. The shower was also fantastic, providing great water pressure.

Calls to reception were never answered on two separate occasions. I had to ask for a bin and an extra towel to be brought up to my room.

the hotel is right in the middle of everything. i found it easy to walk to all the local spots. it's my second visit and the location is awesome! i saw big ben and the london eye right from my room. the hotel gave me high-quality robes and slippers.

The coffee and tea setup was pretty basic. We just had two tea bags.
